Because I offer digital products, please review this policy carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (ebooks, journaling tools, printable kits, and web app access), all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once the product has been delivered, I’m unable to offer refunds.

2. Accidental or Duplicate Orders

If you believe you made an accidental or duplicate purchase, please get in touch within 24 hours. I’ll review your case and assist however I can.

3. Trouble Accessing Your Purchase?

4. No Physical Products (For Now)
